Managing people while keeping your research on track is one of the hardest shifts in academia — and no one teaches it. Maunuhanga–Wellington Postdoctoral society and the VUW Research office are bringing back Trish Stonestreet (Maygrove Consulting) for a hands-on session on leading a research team: knowing your own style, reading others, mapping team dynamics, and building a cohesive group.
